For this family’s Christmas photos, we met at the Hill Union Station in Columbia, TN. I just LOVE this historic building when it’s decorated for Christmas. It makes for such clean and bright holiday photos!
This day was supposed to be stormy and rainy, but we got so lucky and God gave us sunshine instead! I initially chose this location because the large white building would provide enough brightness for our photos even during an extremely overcast day. This large building works really well during sunny days too, as it blocks the harsh sun from us!
The weather was pretty good for a December day! Not too cold – just a little chilly.
Y’all know I love this pose! What baby doesn’t like the airplane with dad?!
Next, I got some individual shots of each parent with baby.
Such a happy little girl! She’s on the move, too! I tried to get some shots of her walking hand in hand with mom and dad, but she’s an independent girl and really just wanted to walk on her own!
Lastly, I got some shots of baby by herself. This blanket was made by a family member, so it was extra special to them.
I really just loved the simplicity and brightness of these images for this family’s Christmas Photos. This located would be great any time of the year, but it’s so much more magical at Christmas. Isn’t everything though?!
